English: old and experienced, exaggerates too much. and a bit risque. LoL
Maths: admin of the school, too busy managing the school rather than teaching maths!
Economics: knows nothing, completely shit. In fact, he's the shittest teacher I've ever seen. He knows absolutely nothing about economics. Not only that, he cannot even bother to teach/prepare before the lessons. Half of the lessons have been wasted. The the other half we listen to him rambling on some economically illogical concepts.
Chemistry: She's a nice teacher, knows the stuff as far as the text books are concerned. A bit irresponsible though.
Biology: Knowlegeable, nerdy, and nice.

My teachers don't so much teach the course as yammer on for 55 minutes of my valuable time, so that I have to go home and teach myself the whole damn course in my own time. they are underqualified and don't often teach me things I don't know. Not that I'm saying that I'm some genius... merely that some teachers aren't exactly... well I think it's summed up in saying that the UAI cut-off for studying teaching at uni is somewhere around 60... it's distressing to know that our priorities are so warped.

English: BITCHBITCHBITCHBITCHBITCHBITCHBITCHBITCHBITCHBITCH. One of her common quotes is: "If you had read and annotated the sheet I gave you, you would know the answer". I think she's a bit bitter about teaching an English Stnd class.

Math: Coolestest teacher however, doesn't really know how to teach and makes lots of errors.

Legal: She's old enough to be included in the ancient history syllabus. Knows her stuff, but really can't teach.

Business: HAHAHAHAHA! Cool teacher, we don't do ANY work whatsoever, but luckily it's an easy subject.

Economics: M I L F !! That is all.

English: Nice guy, real wants the best results for us, will give you plenty of feedback if you hand stuff into him. However, he spends every lesson just talking and usually really hard to focus for the whole 50 mins especially because he repeats himself so much.

Maths: Most awesome teacher ever, he knows his stuff, is constantly trying to become a better teacher even though he's already great and really cares about the students. Our class is planning some awesome presents for him.

Chem: Pushes for the best effort out of everyone. Tries to make the subject interesting, I think she's great but her teaching methods don't seem to work for some of the people in our class

SOR: I like her, shes a nice lady, marks HSC, knows her stuff but she can't teach. I teach myself RE..... luckily its a piss easy subject.

My Indo teacher last year was a sweetie. Only met her twice ( I did distance ed) she was a cute little old lady, but she was always really positive about the work and I think she liked me because I was the brightest "country" student she had taught for a long time.

Reading how great everyone's english teacher is depresses me! I had a really good teacher last year but she decided to take a year off, so the school hired a new teacher who has never taught in NSW:uhoh: .....you can imagine...My marks completely rely on what I do myself and even though my whole class has complained nothing has been done. She even told us herself that she doesn't care about how we go- cause she's only there for a year!- How's that for a year 12 teacher for a subject that HAS to count???

Eng adv = passionate guy, really animated etc etc however can often be overbearing with his points particularly that EVERYTHING is a reference to the bible and god.

Eng Ext = blunt but friendly, definatly knows her stuff , head of snr school.

Legal = an actual lawyer, amazing woman, really passionate, genius, total gossip which is funny (her catch phrase is "... i shouldnt have said that)

Economics = same teacher as Legal, awesome eco teacher, explaisn things really well, funny as!!!

STOR 2 = GUN, omg hes just a champion, 27 year old with a doctorate, ex-pro bodyboarder, absolute champ

I've only got four teachers this year; all are pretty good.

English + EX1: Head Teacher for a reason. He's a good teacher, definitely knows his stuff. Occasionally moody though.

Maths + MX1: She's great. Lets me get away with anything, yet still keeps me focused. Really easy going, and always ready to help.

Drama + Entertainment: Starred in TV shows and commercials, so he has hands on experience. Decent knowledge of theory too, and always prepared to improve his skills.

Business: Textbook style course, but he teaches it well. Looks for new ways to keep our attention. We got him to rap one lesson.

English - complete and utter toss. Really, really unhelpful. Once told us that she would never consider any of us as her friend. Is our schools Federation rep, so missed lots of lessons. Spends most of the lesson telling us to "shh" and then telling us off for doing nothing. Annoying and good for nothing.... *breathe bec...*

Maths - very thorough, good for a laugh, baked us a cake for graduating :)

Biology - knows her stuff, but struggled to control our class.

Business Studies - looks exactly like an oompa loompa... so orange, and the biggest bogan. Knows his work, but sayings such as "i'll be back in two shakes of a lambs tail" and "don't be an egg roll" distracted us from the lesson haha. Also a compulsive hoarder.. stacks of paper all through the classroom.. We once found a newsletter from 1989 in the back of the classroom.

IPT - he makes me laugh... other people don't like him... but meh. Smart man, but people don't listen to him.. Nerd at heart... Calls us all by nicknames... my names bec, people call me beksta, so he calls me bitchsta... or peter, who repeated, gets called repeter... he literally has them for everyone!

Overall, can't complain.
Would have liked a different English teacher though.
Grrr... Nothing I can do now :(

English - Great teacher, funny. Tries to come across as evil/mean to the year 10s, but she's really nice and cares about how we do.

Maths - Good teacher, tells it how it is. She was pretty good at explaining things and cared that we do well. I did well in this subject. =]

Biology - So nice and funny, and a fantastic teacher. She really cared, and told us she would wake up in the middle of the night worrying about us. So sweet. =]

Legal Studies - He was a nice/funny teacher, but I personally didn't like his teaching style, and therefore didn't go too well. But he was still cool.

Ancient History - My least favourite teacher... he was biased, and not very good at teaching imo, I suck at this subject. I am of the opinion that he disliked me lol.

English: NIcest lady, really passionalte about litature and english! Good teacher

Maths: MY FAVOUITE. like my dad. loved him, really good too, one of the teachers that makes you want to do well to impress them haha

Physics: Heaps smart, good/great guy, but i think the problem with physics teachers is they assume we know things we dont, and dont go into detail! lol But he was mad! was really passionate about astro phys so that was good!

CHEMISTRY: Like my grandad! the best! really passionate about chem 2

Legal: NIce lady really helpful, all that, but yer she didnt have the same motivating force lol

I love the teachers that motivate you hard, like you want to do well for them! i love those ones and the REALLY passionate ones!

Oh man i wish i had 'used' my teachers more through out the year! they were all awsome people!

Physics: had a nice bloke, could get fiery at times but a great bloke if you know how to handle him. Probably one of the smartest people i know.

Chemistry: my teacher was really nice, even though i was a bit of a cock in her class she never stopped trying to help :)

English: Absolute faggot of a teacher. He rambled on about nothing, we never learnt anything really and were always off topic. I emailed him about 5 times over the holidays needing help, not one reply. fuckwit.

Maths: Probably my favourite teacher. she taught well and was a really nice, she took jokes really well. Apart from nearly breaking my nose it was a good year.

Biology: Nice lady, couldnt teach, missed multiple dot points and lessons consisted of talking or taking notes.

Religion: Good teacher, planned lessons well and well structured, very concise, learnt well. Brought other things into the class as well to make it enjoyable :)

I had a rather interesting batch:

English: Your standard know-it-all classic style older english teacher. She is such a stereotype, it's not funny. She got her comeuppance. That was funny.

Music: Has ADD, litterally. Most brilliant musical and psycological mind I've met. Funny as hell, and able to just be friends.

VET Entertainment: A 'Grandfather' type teacher. Never organized, yet gets everything done. A good friend.

Drama: Same teacher as VET.

Work Studies: Classic new teacher just making his way into the field. Cautious of regulations. Good bloke.

:D

English (& Ext 1): Literally the god of all english teachers. She's just incredible! I've had her for 3 consecutive years, and I couldn't be more thankful. Seriously... best teacher ever :D She always makes the effort to respond to our emails within about 0.2 minutes, and she's constantly willing to read and re-read over work. Since she was our year adviser too, she's basically become a friend to us all.

English Ext 2: So, so much fun. She was pretty much just another member of our 4-person class. Always incredibly friendly, helpful and passionate. (Not to mention, she had great taste in music and tv :p)

Modern: Completely made of awesome. An insanely knowledgeable history nut who taught us more than I thought was humanly possible. He's one of those teachers who makes you want to do well, just because they put in so much effort to fully prepare you :)

Legal: One of my favourites classes entirely because of our teacher. He has such a great sense of humour... his sarcasm pretty much sustained us throughout the entire year. Again, really passionate and dedicated. I honestly thought I'd hate legal, so I was considerably surprised when it became the one I enjoyed the most.

Advanced English: the greatest English teacher on the face of the planet, who can deal with anything you throw at her. I'm so lucky to have (literally) gone from a good for nothing "I'm now in jail for child porn" dumbass to her.
Extension English: On the edge of retirement and doesn't like me because I got Mum to complain to the head teacher and principal about him. I've also told him how useless he is and he's told me how selfish I am.
Chemistry: Highly inappropriate, crack up of a teacher. He's in his... 40/50s but he still participates in our classes "boy talk" and peppers the lesson with references to and bad jokes about sex and his local trivia night. Yet our class isn't failing...
Maths (& Ext): He is... amazing. I'm totally in awe of him (and his friend on myspace xD). He taught my friend's dad Extension 2, is close to retirement but still totally on the ball and able to explain anything.
Legal: A nice guy, puts up with our classes "debates" (arguments) about the role of and morality of the law. A lot of my class doesn't like him, but he was my mock trial teacher as well and I think he's good.
Business Studies: [last year] The deputy principal, the person who dragged me from mid 80s to a 97 exam mark in the HSC. Again, highly inappropriate and tells stories not about sex, but himself and examples of unethical business practises which left our class in stitches. The only part of the exec that I like and I go to whenever possible.
