hey ppl, sorry i couldnt come. my train was late and i ended up getting to the co-op bookshop at about 10.10. i didnt see a group of ppl gathering, so i thought u guys justve moved on. yeh i wanna join the gym too, but u can just go to the gym and do it during semester.

hey u guys i arrived at 1pm today and went to the essay lecture...so boring...... my friend fell asleep....
too bad i couldnt actually wake up like 8:00 otherwise i would of seen u guys....

there were so many stalls it was overwhelming i had to walk through so many eager society ppl do nothing but snob em....sorry not interested etc...

i also watched the hip hop block party where these guys did some pretty funny breakdancing....on the main stage
overall the heat kinda made me sick
but it was ok....fun to see so many ppl

couldnt help noticing the dudes in red shirts with china written on their shirts in chinese characters...they were the chinese student society...hahah beware of em they are gangstas,,,,,just joking

feel sorry for the other unis they have classes already while we party in o-week....sydney very laid back

i like it

sorry for not making it to the meet-up but im sure there will be another time (?)...keep that in mind...its not as if today's meet up was the be all and end all of meetings..

i went out last nite and came back home at 5am so i needed my sleep...

but yeh, have fun at o-week!

its not too far from the place where we met up- just walk towards the engineering department, and u can't miss it...so anyways ppl. post up ya timetables for 2moro, and we'll c if we can meet up or something. :)

2morrow? well im going with my mum 2morrow - she wants to see the uni
but i am gonna met up with the others at the library for the tour thing at bout 2.30pm.

dont know what the plans are.
i want to go to the engineering tour as well - do u feel like going again? how often are the tours? each hour?

LoL, na we didn't go to the tour- but we just noticed how there was like 1 guy there for the tour. :D

hmm...i'll c if i can come for the tour at 2.30pm. :S

i already joined man. i did it on the spot one day last week when i came really early. $25 up front fee and fill in a form.

real easy.

dont worry - theyre really easy about co-op cards...i used my dad's (which is about 20+ years old) and it still works....see if your parents have a co-op card and you save $25....unless you want the "prestige" of having your own card...

haha, same here- if i'm buying from co-op, i'm gonna use my friends card. ;)

anyways, i found that the UNSW bookstore had cheaper prices than co-op (even after their 10% discount) so u should check their prices as well:

the cost and time of travelling there may not be worth it...must admit, i havent checked it...

if its <$10 a book, i cant see any reason going there and getting it...
