Why is that different schools have different subjects to choose from. For example, at my sister's school, there are subjects such as cooking or hospatality but in my school, we don't. I'm sure that if these suubjects were available in my school, i could do a lot better.

due to the many different factors like school's resources, teachers who can teach the subjects.

if the subject has a unpopular history then it probably wont be offered. Also your sisters school might have cooking etc. because its a girls school and those subjects are usually more popular with girls.
