i have an assignment for legal studies. t6he focus group i am doing is people who have a mental illness or intellectual or physical disability.

i) determining where the person should live
ii) determining what medical and dental care the prson needs
iii) consenting to medical and dental treatment if the person is unable to do so
iv) deciding what services the person should receive
v) arranging appropriate training, education and rehab
