once i used PP UP for fun on splash, i think it raised it to 48/48 from 40/40.

best decision evar.

once i dropped off all my pokemon in my party except miltank to day care.
then i met a gastly in battle, it used mean look so there is no switching or running regardless.
then i saw that my miltank only had normal type moves.

theres a max limit on pp up.
detect u can get up to 8, protect 16 (?)

actually, i made up a formula for max pp with pp ups. it is:

((pp/5)*3)+original pp and that is the max amount of pp you can ever get for whatever move.
