re: Preliminary Yearlies Discussion Thread

haha I guess so. I think I'll just sit back and relax for now. Last weeks of freedom!!!!!!!!
haha. I was one of those people that took year 11 seriously, then realised a few weeks back 'what the hell is the point...'.
I have done basically nothing all year except study, my life has been awesome (Y)
(sarcasm HIGHLY intended)

ahh that's bad. we've been finished for the past term and just revising :/
pick up your textbook, and just read and summarise the last of the 'energy' topic.
then do the example questions.

If you need any help, there is the resource section on this website, and also, even though i absolutely fail at chem, i can help to answer any questions you may need to ask :)

re: Preliminary Yearlies Discussion Thread

2U Eng - Good
Chem - Ok
Eco - Good
2U Maths - Shit
3U Maths - Good

And Modern I need to get my notes in order by tomorrow and get my story done tomorrow. So it's looking good. Practically the whole grade fucked the 2U paper, and I've lost more than I imaginged in 3U, but as long as I get 4U it's all good. I'll actually start trying next term.

Starting in week 9, hell yeah. Plenty of time to do some study.
Dude you have to get over 90 (maybe even 95) to be a RAAF pilot. They only take the best of the best. How could you be acccepted into ADFA without finishing the HSC yet. Your talking shit mate.

All the people starting in week 8 with me, I feel for us.

Although, I know that these marks will not count towards anything, I still want to do well or at least not fail miserably haha.

I just can't wait until Chem and Maths are over. rahh.
yeh, mines start monday, dont think i would fail in any subjects BUT on the last day of my timetable i got maths ext and eco

GOOD LUCK TO everyone, as these exams may not count, but its great practice. :blah:

LOL; u can get accepted early as one of my friends is already finished training, and is a cadet for ADFA, but the conditions stipulate that he must achieve an ATAR of above 95 in order for his place to be guaranteed or else, he is out.

Everyone says: "I'll actually start trying next term" BUT how many of us actually do try? do you mean putting more of an effort in or actually studying, making notes, retaining knowledge in long-term memory? :haha:
