  • giant mango
  • 1 avocado (I just scoop the flesh out with a spoon and eat it by itself)
  • 4 strawberry fruches

  • 1 giant bowl of grapes
I'll probably end up eating toast for dinner. I feel somewhat ill:cry:

breakfast: vegemite sandwich, milk (no milo, all finished :()

snack after work: chilli rappsnacker, freshly squeezed orange and mango juice.

lunch: rice with lentils.

snack: subway, 6" diced chicken on white bread with lettuce, onion, carrots, capsicum, salt, pepper, southwest sauce.

dinner: half a leb bread, 2 slices of toast, leftover curried chicken, 5 large chicken nuggets.

So much chicken today, i think i'm gonna chicken :O

staff christmas party... eep:

samosa, 2 pieces of watermelon, a cupcake, a curry puff, a vine leaf rice thing, a 'white christmas', cheese and spinach pastizzi. Pretty sure that's it.

breakfast: vegemite sanwitch, milk with no milo.

lunch: medium bondi burger meal, can of lift.

early dinner: rice with lentils and home made yoghurt.

late dinner: 2 x beef mince patty sanwitches, with shredded pasta cheese (pizza plus), dolmio's extra garlic pasta sauce, salt n pepper.

dessert: 2 triangles of fruit and nut toblerone.

fucking hell, i was gonna make pasta for myself for dinner, havnt had it in ages, asked my sister and brother if they wanted some too, they did, so i made it for them too, turned out i didnt make enough for 3 people, so i let them have the pasta and i had rice :(:(:(

i need to be more selfish :mad1:

I got up this morning with the best of intentions to eat a substantial nutritious breakfast but the time got away from me and I had half a cup of tea and then a giant cappucino when I got to work

and then decided to make up for it at lunch but ended up eating half an apple and half a quarter pounder meal. At 4pm.

it also seems I can't commit to eating more than half of anything ever. Except grain waves. I ate a whole bag of those today too

/shit eating habits

nothing, i eat only when there is something worth eating. I haven't eaten in 3 days. my mum's on holiday and i spent all my week's worth of grocery money on dinner at an expensive restaurant and now i have nothing left to make. i lived on making french toast with caramel apple slices for 2 days and i couldn't handle it anymore.

so nothing

Piece of settlers grain, multigrain toast. half with vegemite half with nuttella
Glass of orange juice

couple of grapes

cookies and cream ice cream

small bowl of stir fry with brown rice

I'll probs have some more ice cream at some stage. A mint pattie is on the cards.
I'm about to go get a pink lady apple and heeeeeeeeaps of water

steak for dinner. winner!
