hmm. what if you change your preferences after the main round?

e.g. main round: USYD, UNSW, MACQ
early feb round: UNSW, MACQ, USYD

say you got offered your 1st preference in both rounds, does that mean you have the option of selecting either of those offered courses?

Yes. Although this is only applicable for UAC - QTAC is different.

Yep I'll start mad-checking at 8.30 onwards. Same my ENTIRE future, happiness and self-worth will be determined at 9pm today :(

Some people also apply via UAC for graduate studies (masters, phd), honors...

Yes I defered for 5 years. Only logical answer.

I have been living overseas and not rushing into uni when I was not sure of what I wanted to do.

last year offers were released like 20min earlier but the cut offs for courses were leaked a day earlier, so most of us knew if we got in anyway.
