There's no point being with someone you're not physically attracted to.

That said, I think you CAN judge someone with a combination of the way they dress, how they maintain their body, how they do their hair, jewellery, make up, the way they talk and their other mannerisms. So yes, in my opinion you can judge someone just by observing.
