ok so, we did a his ext assessment last term but for the two weeks prior to the assessment our teacher wasnt there and we received no guidance on how to complete the question. we also didnt receive a marking guideline.

we got the assessment back today and we all did incredibly badly, me in particular. we are all smart students and they were some of the worst marks we have ever recieved.
my rank in every subject is 1 and now i am ranked last in his ext. we now have a different teacher and she is considering disccounting it as an assessment because of the circumstances under which it was done.
am i able to appeal to the bored of studies about this assessment is they count it as an assessment???

you want to appeal to the forum? yeah go right ahead, I reckon it'll be a good idea :)

Anyhow I'm guessing that they should not count it as an assessment as it is unfair for the students. If it gets counted, then you should lodge an appeal. It is seriously unfair because you have no guidance whatsoever.

Yeah, I agree. You should probably relax though, chances are it will be discounted and you can have position 1 back =D If not complain til your nuts turn blue.
