Fucking wrong about that one.
It's an Opportunity C class. There are other opportunity classes for kids with learning disabilities-
OC = Opportunity Capable
OD = Opportunity Deaf
OM = Opportunity Mild (for mildly developmentally delayed)
OA = can't remember what the A stood for, it was for a degree of developmental delay.
