more like 6'3'' at 78kg which is pretty light so yes i am trying to bulk to mid-high 80s. you need that food when your on a d-bol/celltech cycle mate.

Breakfast -

Muscle Milk Protien Shake
1.5 Cups Oatmeal Cooked
1 Serving Fruit (Grapefruit, Nectarine, Orange, Kiwi, or Apple)
2 8oz. Milk (Should this be whole milk, skim, or half?)
1 80z. Orange Juice

(Between Breakfast and Mid-Morning 1 Liter of Water)

Mid-Morning -

1.5 Cups Oatmeal Cooked
1 Serving Fruit (Grapefruit, Nectarine, Orange, Kiwi, or Apple)
2 Pieces Wheat Bread
1 8oz. Milk

(Between Mid-Morning and Lunch 1 Liter of Water)

Lunch -

5 oz. Beef
5 oz. Chicken
1.5 Cups Mexican RIce
.5 oz. Cups Refried Beans
1 Cup Cooked Corn
1 8 oz. Milk
Salad w/ Italian Dressing
(Between Lunch and Mid-Afrernoon 1 Liter of Water)

Mid-Afternoon -

1 Cup Chicken Salad
2 Pieces Whole Wheat Bread
1 Apple

(Between Mid-Afternoon Dinner 2 Liters of Water)

Workout:

Post Workout -
Muscle Milk Protien Shake

Dinner -

2 Pieces Baked Chicken or 1 Piece Baked Chicken and 1 Piece Baked Fish (Is this enough?)
1 Cup Rice Pilaf
1 Serving Potato Wedges (Approx. 5 pieces)
Salad w/ Italian Dressing

(Between Dinner and Evening 1 Liter of Water)

Evening Meal:

Muscle Milk Protien Shake
1 Cup Cottage Cheese w/ Fresh Fruit Topping (Fruit for taste)

Actually yes. You're going to look like an idiot once you've finished the bulk. You are not a professional bodybuilder. You are not as genetically gifted and you have not had as much exposure to the illegal steroids and HGH those blokes are on. Blindly imitating a diet you find on the internet which is prepared by 'professional bodybuilders' is going to result in large fat gain because you're ignoring the constraints of your body. You're neglecting to take into account your own stats and your age for starters.

Learn to clean bulk in accordance to what your body can handle and you will see results much quicker. :)

iv gained 6kg of raw muscle in the last 2 weeks. by the end of the bulk, i'll be carrying 25kg more muscle and looking like arnold.

Pretty obvious he's trolling - just hope people don't actually follow what he's implying. :)

What he should've said is he's gained 6kg of solid fat, would've been more believable.

Chicken Kebab from the UTS kebab shop (Love those kebabs)
Pide from the Kebab shop
Fried Rice (from home)
Chicken/Tuna Sandwich (from home)
Coke Zero/Lemonade
