You are not as genetically gifted and you have not had as much exposure to the illegal steroids and HGH those blokes are on. Blindly imitating a diet you find on the internet which is prepared by 'professional bodybuilders' is going to result in large fat gain because you're ignoring the constraints of your body. I only have uni 2 days a week, so it's not that badim sorry about your eating habits
