It's not anything unmanageable. Just keep up. If you have clean algebra, you will do well.

If you're getting 97 in Year 10 maths you should be able to comprehend Maths Ext 1, especially if you already know half the course.

Let me tell you young one. Never blame others. At the end of the day, your score reflects your effort. Also, it doesn't matter what school you go to.

im having trouble wif certain topics also in ym self study like permutationz and combinationz, trigonometric equationz where i can simplify the equation but am not able to finally find the variable (eg sin(x)=5/8). will this pass by the time i hit yr 11? i know quite a bit of calculus that is all the way to 4 unit integration and volumez. am i in a good position?

I was introduced to those concepts during Year 8 at a tutoring centre. I didn't know what to do. So I went back to the basics. I started from scratch. No shame. Learnt and built a solid foundation. Took me until Year 10 to fully understand them. I figured there was no point rushing if I didn't have a strong foundation.

i have a good background in topicz such as calculus, parametrics, binomialz, the list goez on. but wat i am struggling wif now is more permutationz and combinationz and circle geometry. wat addz to the frustration is the fact i dont have much resource to this stuff. i cbf doing the current yr 10 hw so wen i asked my teacher to borrow the 3 unit maths textbook for yr 11 she declined and told me to catch up then lol...

Do you have a strong foundation of your topics? I would be willing to bet that if I ask you an integration question right now, you will not be able to answer it.

A=Integral[e^x/(e^x+e^(-x)] from x=0 to x=2
A=(1/2)log[e][(e^4+1)/2e^4]+2
