i seperated the integrand to form two integralz, one of which was easily calculable, the other i had to use integration by substitution

Care to show me? I don't know what you mean by separated. This can be done using a clever 2U method.

A=integral[(e^x+e^(-x)-e^(-x))/(e^x+e^(-x))] from x= 0 to 2
=integral[1] from x=0 to 2 -integral[e^(-x)/(e^x+e^(-x))] from x=0 to 2

Do you have a strong foundation of your topics? I would be willing to bet that if I ask you an integration question right now, you will not be able to answer it.
Why don't you believe him?

i believe in my answerz. maths is a concrete study lol. i just repeated the integral on the opposite side of that same piece of paper and got the same answer.
