So will the HSC be more difficult than these papers? And I suppose everyone is less prepared for the trials than the real thing.
Trials tend to be more difficult than the HSC, though certain schools moderate or ever write their own exams. But if you can handle the CSSA trial, you'll be right in the HSC :)

was was your question 9 and 10. My school changed q 10 into a maxima and minima question.

Weird thing is, I found all of my exams pretty easy, except maths.

Someone post the answer to the last part of that cylinder question (Where it asked you to find the amount of water flowing through it in 10 minutes). Shit's been bugging me for the past 5 hours.

Our school said it was a typo, and that you only had to find the find the volume of water in the tunnel.

so all we had to do was multiply the cross sectional area of segment by the height.

So then what was the point of giving us the rate of water flow? The question was a two marker so I'm assuming there was a second step to it.

it was ment to end at: find the volume of the tank (everything else is cancelled including flow rate)
answer in kiloLitres
i did it wrong
only question i didnt no how to do

If you're right then that's absolutely disgraceful. You'd think with a couple of hundred/thousand/idk students sitting the exam they'd actually bother to proof read it.
