I understand they do it for our own good but sometimes when they punish us it's just a means of reasserting their authority or simply taking out their pms.

So far i've been grounded for countless months after my parents:

- Read my diary and didn't like what they saw
- Read my text messages and didn't like what they saw (had a boyfriend at the time.. need i say more?)

The fact they were invading my privacy was obviously not an issue..

A few days ago i came home 15 minutes late and now i'm grounded for these holidays - I'm 17.

What is the stupidist thing a parent or teacher has gotten you in trouble for?

then i was just like lol fuck you guys and didnt come home for 4 days

police were called and i was a missing person (lol)

when i came back i said i needed to speak to youth services asap

dat showed them i was never grounded again

GF was told to take her earrings out due to being "shiny"
Entire school was told not to hug or show affection to loved ones, jelled well with the seniors.
My grade was told we were not to be given our school jackets until after we left. We staged a sit in.

Worst thus far though is being kicked out of home for beating the shit out of my step father after he "slipped" and tipped his coffee onto my GF.

Once, I was given detention becuz the whole grade was speaking during some yr 5 lineup after lunch. Iono how I was blamed, I was sitting in the front, and a teacher called out the whole grade as not being able to shut up because of me. I was like, 'oh shit, wtf did i do - eating my lunch here bitch' - in my head.

Nope.. My school is notorious for getting students into trouble for absolutely nothing

Earlier this year we went to a camp at Manly. We were on the beach doing some activities and 3 guys went into the water about knee-deep and were just like splashing each other with water and stuff. A teacher saw them and when we got back to school they got in-school suspensions

My school is ranked in the top 5 lol..
