Being chinese, and having been to China on multiple occasions, I can say that seeing a child or anyone run over in the streets is not uncommon. Why are people somehow labelling this as sick and inhumane? Sure the two people were, but not the whole country. Why are these people so clueless to see that a dying person on the street is what most people either see, or hear of everyday on the news? Can you please get a clue before insulting a whole race?

Umm..because it is inhumane and sick? More then 2 people walked passed the toddler, heck someone picked it up and then pretty much dropped it.

China has no human rights, if it wasnt for its export market, it would be a 3rd world country.
