Re: holy fucking shit i might as well just die now.

So basically, i've just screwed any chances of getting a 95, with 71/84?
You have a chance, the cutoff for E4 may drop so you may be able to get 95, possibly even 96

What will I get then?
It all depends on the cutoffs. I don't think BOS is a representative sample of the state. Probably a low band 6: ~93 perhaps. If the cutoff drops then you may of course get higher. At this stage It's all speculation based on previous trends, but no one knows how the rest of the state did, so take any estimates with a grain of salt.
I'm not sure how knowing an estimate will change anything (other than peace of mind...?) - the exam is done, you probably have more exams to go and should be studying for them to make up for short comings in your maths marks. Good luck. :)

Fairly challenging (questions and time wise), but a fair test for 3U, seeing as they want to discriminate between 4U and 2U students.

Re: Wow, fuck that

LOL a friend of mine said 'this test should have been called the 3.9 test instead of the 3u test as it was only slightly easier than 4u'

People who do not do 4U would have found that paper very hard... it took alot of lateral thinking, especially to prove that probability inequality.
My friend got this out and he doesn't do 4 unit. He used binomial probability.

Definitely not. Usually a 74/84 gets you about 96 or thereabouts.
