70 isn't that hard to get. A few b4 and b3 would get you cross the 70 mark easily.Wow seems like I have been over estimating how hard a 70 is (which is my goal since I've done shit all study this year)

Same, I had the impression I would need at least a mix of B4s and B5s...Wow seems like I have been over estimating how hard a 70 is (which is my goal since I've done shit all study this year)
I may be wrong but I always thought 70ish was the average HSC mark. ATAR is a ranking so if you get an HSC mark of 70 in all your subjects will this equate to an ATAR of 50 ie the 50th percentile=average?Depends on what subjects they are. Use an ATAR calculator.
Anyway, 70 is the average ATAR. That's all you need to know. Are you an average student? Then you'll get around 70. Simple.
It would depend on the subjects, which ones were high b4s etc but it doesn't look too flash. Have a play with an atar calculator - the einstein one is probably the most accurate : http://www.atarcalculator.com.au/ - it will give you some idea. What would a
One - B1
One - b2
one - b3
three -high b4s
get you, Not the best scaling subjects.

No, the average HSC mark differs from year to year. So yes, you're wrong.I may be wrong but I always thought 70ish was the average HSC mark. ATAR is a ranking so if you get an HSC mark of 70 in all your subjects will this equate to an ATAR of 50 ie the 50th percentile=average?
It's true, or rather possible.wow really? my teacher actually said that if ever a student achieve all band 4s, they be receive an atar of 50 (which I find ridiculous btw)
Is this for real? plz plz plz..You have to beat 50% of the state. That's all
Pretty sure 50% of the candidates got above 70.Is this for real? plz plz plz..
depends how you go in your other subjectsquestion
if i get ninety in one of my exams
will i be guaranteed a 70+
basically
.ok let's say i get 2 band 3s - if I want to get over let's say 75.00 then what will i need to get in all my other subjects
