Just got my prelim report

English 74% (82/135)
Mathematics 93% (19/126)
Extension 1 Mathematics 95% (5/104)
Physics 87% (11/74)
Legal Studies 90% (7/48)
Music 1 89% (2/13)
HSC Chemistry 86% (41/82)

Those marks and ranks will (hopefully) go up, as I'm actually going to apply myself and study (especially english) and hoping to top physics, which my teacher has said I have the ability to do.

Also, I go to a top 25 school where we regularly get state ranks in chem and occasionally physics if that makes a difference.

97-98. pull up english rank and you'll be scraping 99

93-95 because alot of your marks are quite average - I'm only judging by what you have done - not by what you can do.

With English: 95

So just work on your English!!, even if this means you might not top Physics that's ok...Compared to your other subjects I'd say you want English to be atleast in the top 30s preferably even top 20s
