You missed a third of a paper which is worth half of one subject, it sucks but just move on - not the end of the world. Manage your time better for the modules!

Dw, you made the right decision. They only take your best 2/3 parts :)

I skipped the short answers and nailed the creative and short, so hopefully i can get 28/30 and they scale it up to 43/45. Most people do 3 parts just to be safe, so don't worry, you're fine!

Yeah... what gave you the idea that they mark two parts only? I'm sure if it was that way my teacher would have told me.
I'm the only person at my school in Advanced english, so the school was flexible with assessments, and that's what I had to do for my trial this year. FML

well you can look at it this way, most people struggle with creative writing/ usually consist of low marks so you're not missing out on too much possible marks..

The truth is you lost 15 marks. so the maximum mark you can obtain is 30/45.

Yeah look don't worry about it mate.

Barbernator raised a valid point - I'm pretty sure its just your best 2/3 sections and they moderate it or something, but at my school everybody did all three sections just to be safe.

Did you complete the sections which you did attempt to a high standard?
