I've just received an unspecified biology credit meaning I have the option to not do BIOL1911 like I was going to this semester and still be able to do MBLG1901 and maybe move onto higher courses.
I did a course similar in structure to BIOL1002 in which I got a distinction and received a HSC bio band 6, will I be overly disadvantaged later if I don't do BIOL1001?

Yeah anatomy's not really my thing, I was looking at moving on to like biochem, pharmacology, biology maybe even some immunology.
Reckon there's much I'd really need to know from Biol1001 that I don't already know for that?

Cheers for the reply dude!

The content of BIOL1911 is roughly split between cell biology, biochemistry, and evolution. You'll learn almost everything taught in the first two sections in BIOL1003, and again in MBLG (in far greater detail).

I wasn't actually intending to do BIOL1003 though, I was going to go straight to MBL1901 and maybe even something second year.
