we all went through that "training" and nothing like that was ever said

Unless you went to a school where the teachers got very "hands-on" if so, that explains a few things.
wow you have been raped by a teacher too? that mustn't have been pleasant.

nup I'm great and healthy and killer metabolism. genetics have been kind to me in that regard.

if it comes down to body shapes, I'm a particularly extreme case of an ectomorph. Most people are a combination of the three (ectomorph, mesomorph, endomorph) but I have virtually no characteristics of a mesomorph or endomorph. Does mean it's practically impossible for me to gain muscle which is a huge downside.
there are some dudes like that at my gym (not just lanky full on stick insects) and they're been eating a ridonk amount and doing weights and after liek 6 months they look like just thin dudes who don't really do much exercise

it's weird how the body reacts to food after an eating disorder. so many people lose weight at the start of treatment because the body goes crazy and also sometimes can't absorb things anymore. one of my friends pooed out one of those tiny mushrooms once because her body just couldn't break things down anymore

tell you what nicola, if you design me a yummy/easy/not ridiculously expensive menu for a week or two, I'll eat whatever you say and report back so you can see it's metabolism and nothing else going on.
