nah bro aloe vera juice is a thing. you can get it (and it's sugar free equivalent) in the "asian food" part of coles/woolworths etc.

+ carrot, 10 rice crackers and cottage cheese

+ protein shake and 2 dates

my tummy hurts heaps and idk why :( super bloated

just heating some pumpkin and lentil soup yeyeyeyeyey

Why? It is supposedly good for the body. Lots of people do it for 10 days. There is even a documentary of an Australian man who (healthily) done it for 60 days straight.

they work in terms of fat burning if you're already pretty lean and just need to get rid of that like 1-2% to get to competition level bf% lol

for your average joe, they just give you a tonne of energy (heaps of caffeine and other junk) and suppress your appetite

i didn't eat anything after breakfast for like 8 hours just because i forgot and wasn't hungry

also had some rice crackers with cottage cheese and I'm eating an oreo mcflurry right nao
