Wow, band six in standard? That's pretty impressive, less than a percent of people get that. Why didn't you just do advanced?

Dunno, long story short, I slacked off in Year 10 and did horribly (bad move, I know!), mainly cos I studied hard and did really well in Year 9 (top 5 in top Eng class). Dunno why I slacked off either, I guess I wanted a year to relax or something. Teachers threw me in Standard, so now I gotta show them all by getting band 6! Touche tho, it is super hard to get band 6 in Standard.
Funny thing is, everyone was telling me I was perfectly capable of advanced...

Goal:
I actually still have no idea what I want to do after I finish my HSC. I know for a fact I want to study at university and I'm trying to aim for a 80+ ATAR (since I know I'm not capable of getting a 90+, I literally am screwed ;___; ).

Everyone else seems to be doing tough subjects so I wish all you guys good luck!

Aiming to rank top in all of my subjects at my school. Apart from Bio and Chem. I don't really have any significant competition. Chem is going to definitely going to be a tough struggle. There are some dumb people in my class, at the same time, incredibly talented students. Not as much competition in Bio, but there are a couple who are going to give me a hard time. So gotta work hard to get 1st rank in all my subjects.

Desired ATAR: 99+
Desired UMAT: 90+
Desired Uni course: Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MB/BS)
Desired Uni: UNSW or USYD

Yeah, they did >.<. It was based on Year 10 results. It's all good, I like a challenge and tbh, I'd be happier with a band 6 in Standard than Advanced because it's just so hard to get. That's why I'm so determined to get it!
What confuses me to an extent is how only 0.5% of the candidature of Standard get band 6...

I should have done Chem, Art, Japanese and Eco. I was late to apply for Open high school and I over estimated our physics department. Sigh. I think this line up would get me way better marks to be honest.
