oil? gold? other commodities
those are "goods" i need a example for "services" the only one i can think about
is prostitutes (spreading STD which will cost healthcare in the future) but i dont want to write that in the test

You could talk about casino's and the risk involved that post people don't worry about, causing many people to lose their lives and their homes and unnecessary redistribution of income.

Also with the distinction of goods and services, as retail is a service, you could talk about the sale of cigarettes and the long term costs this has for healthcare but I think that the casino/gambling situation would work out better.

Heck if you wanted to you could even do lawn mowing or taxi driving because of the pollution caused by the motors.

It is simply any service that involves one party benefiting and the masses being affected... best example would be the sale of electricity

Hate your definition but electricity is another good one cause it has a negative externality, namely the pollution from power generation stations and use of non-renewable resources

I probably wouldn't use illegal activities as an example though. I'm sure there are better ones. Eg animal hunters? Circus animal trainers?

lol prostitution. Maybe transportation services perhaps? Air and noise pollution, land clearing etc. Like others mentioned, services like electricity and water also incur a multitude of externalities.
