Haha I always go a bit overboard with food cooked only for me. At least I am better than my dad, he is one of those people who ruins the flavour of dishes that aren't meant to be spicy by drowning them with chilli/whatever.

Rather unusual concoction.

The south Indian muslims (refered to in Malaysia as 'mamaks', mainly Tamils and Malayalis) in Malaysia/Singapore have a spicy fried noodle (Chow Mein is "fried noodle" in Cantonese) dish, called "mee goreng" (Malay for "fried noodle") which I believe you would enjoy if you ever are in Malaysia. The word 'mee', is wheat noodle in the Hokkien dialect. By the way, you can find 'mee goreng' at Mamak's at Chatswood or the Sydney CBD. Those in Malaysia would be tastier.

By the way, the vegetable often spelt 'bok choy', if pronounced as spelt would be incorrect; it should be closer transliterated 'pak choy' or 'park choy' meaning white vegetable in Cantonese.

Chicken drumstick and thigh.

Chicken and Mushroom pie.

Half a normal pizza, half a dessert pizza as well.

Two uncle toby's muesli bars.

An oreo bar.

Can of Coke, can of Sunkist, some Solo.

About 100 g of rice with 50 g of meat and a chicken drumstick.

1.5 L water in total.

That Ket-ugar diet.

Haha yeah, I tend to experiment a lot when cooking for myself.

I have actually been to Malaysia several times (as well as Mamaks), mee goreng is fantastic.
