What is the pH of a 0.010 mol L–1 solution of a weak monoprotic acid that is 4.0% ionised?

If 4% ionisation and monoprotic, then [H+] = 0.04 X 0.01 = 0.0004

Then pH =-log[H+] = -log[0.0004] = 3.4
