Hey guys, I am feeling really demotivated to go to the gym? What to do?

Are you demotivated because you hate the gym? Exercise doesn't have to be for exercise make it fun!

Find something you like doing and then you won't have to be motivated about going because you'll WANT to do it aka boxing, surfing, skating, dancing (...if that's your jam)

Make it a habit! Try just aiming for 30minutes every morning then you'll actually go. And choose lighter/fun workouts so you won't be dreading it

Many really significant goals require quite a lot of effort, which only after a long time can bring tangible results. So instead of thinking about how difficult your task is, just focus on the reason you need to complete it. This will be the best incentive.

Review your fitness goals then make it a habit to weigh yourself every day on the scales and buy a fitness tracker watch. Hope this helps.

You may try doing sport at home.
I don't know how fit you are, but you can sipmly choose some equipment in Internet.
