For the MC question about the judge referring to mandatory sentencing and maximum penalty what u guys get?
a)Judicial guidelines
b)Statutory guidelines
c)Discretion
Wasn't it max penalty and standard non-parole? I put statutory as I'm pretty sure the max sentence is included in the crimes act

Because transnational crime needs to be an organised crime from the two or more nations (One sending to the place where the client is and the client in the other place receives it), because obviously no nation-state is going to allow a missile on its head it has to be a breaching of sovereign, so it should be C. B ummmm it's like it has nothing to do with sending a nuclear missile to another nation-state
