also, how would you test for ketones and aldehydes? I have come across contradicting sources, so it would be amazing if someone can confirm this!

Just oxidise it again with dichromate, if changes to green then aldehyde present (oxidising to carboxylic acid) and if stays orange then ketone
makes sense - this is defs in the syllabus so will use this. Thanks!

Would love an 8 marker on titrations or esterification

me talking about estérification for 8 pages 😬 surely i get 8 marks because they can’t be bothered to read it
