MQ or UOW (1 Viewer)

I’m currently studying the LLB/PPE double at UOW. I’ve received an offer from MQ for the LLB/BInst recently, however I’m unsure this is worth it for me. I have more friends at MQ, and I’ve heard their employability is better, but I really enjoy the combination of the PPE with law which isn’t available at MQ. And the commuting is roughly the same length for me too. Would it be wise to transfer to MQ?

their early entry rate is a joke, u can lit just sign up to work at macca's for a week to apply thru early entry which means that 99% of the people who go there are a joke since anyone could do that, and have the easy way through rather than actually studied for a high atar to get in, which then means that the systems there are a joke, which just means that your gonna walk into a crowd of jokers, to walk out a regretful joker urself. shitty is an understatement.

ok @MoeyNeeds90+ might be exaggerating a bit lol. MQ law isn't that bad and its ranked like 9th in Australia for Law under the QS rankings. To get early entry into their law program requires an A-B average so I say around 80%, which is considerably low tbh, but not the worst. The atar requirement is also not the highest (96 SR) with ppl using bonus points etc but the cohort as far as ik isnt that bad. Most of my mates going to MQ Law got in with a 90+ atar just short of what is required elsewhere e.g. USYD, UNSW, ANU so I can imagine the cohort would be quite mixed with smart ppl and bums. - They're going to MAQ law with the intention of transferring to e.g. USYD.
The facilities aren't too bad tho. The law library is apparently really nice.
