It's just your ranks, but do check them in case they don't match your school report!

it's based on ur hsc performance btw (cause last year in 2u, I was rank 5th on the report, bumped up to 4th, and I was the 4th person to get a band 6 in my school)

Ur internal ranks may have slightly adjusted due to your performance in the HSC examination. Like if its like a 3 mark raw mark difference, they bump you up so you don't take a retard's mark unfairly

for math and english they bump u up abit (marking for these subjects finished ages ago).

what supports this is many people in my last year cohort got shit assessment marks in physics (cause physics was the last test, meaning no time for NESA to adjust internal ranks)
