I was not able to attend the Pharmacy O-day welcome presentation 24 Feb 1130am at The Footbridge Lecture Theatre. If anybody did attend , would you be so kind as to post any interesting / useful information items from the presentation and subsequent bbq/ faculty tour please ? Thanks

i was thinking the same but after reading the brochure, it was unclear if have to activate card and load money on it to so as to be able to pay for photocopy and print in the library.

Lou283, I was at macquarie for my 1st degree, and some of those subjects look awfully familiar. Good luck if this is the 1st time you have set foot in a uni, you will be in for a bit of a shock compared to office life. Most of those subjects will be 300+ students so you are a number not a name...

SRC 2nd hand bookshop at the wentworth building said will buy current textbooks at 40% of new price, and will resell usually at 70%. I bought my 1st yr Chem and Biol texts there on Wed 27 jan

30 were enrolled a week ago for off campus, UAC on campus offers went out today. I think they are targetting 40 on campus. ATAR cutoff was high at 88 (I think)

it is actually on pg 24 of the BIOL110 Unit outline pdf. separately, the prac manual pdf for biol110 is 9MB large !

I logged into myUNE and there are 30 people already enrolled in B pharm...and these are all non UAC places . (UAC offers out on 20 Jan ). Maybe there could be a car-pool from Sydney ? Each person has their UNE email address listed. Train ride of 8 hrs is really not too bad....but not sure how...
