I'm pretty confident with how I went in the LAT, so here's hoping :)
Admittedly, I was annoyed with my ATAR earlier, but my mum yelled at me to stop 'acting pathetic and feeling sorry for myself when I should be proud' and reminded me that there's always different routes to get to where you...
Indeed.
I've heard Sydney uni isn't very lenient in lowering their requirements for law. A family friend applied to the same course with an ATAR of 99.30 and didn't get in last year, which is higher than mine.
I took the LAT at UNSW, so hopefully I can get into their program and transfer...
I don't know if it's worth it. I got full marks for the assessment but I know that I bombed the exam big time. I took a (prescribed) tablet before for my nerves because it had me anxious, but it made me blank. It was basically Valium.
I really had my heart set on uSyd though
98 - Ancient History
98 - Legal studies
98 - Modern History
97 - English Advanced
72 - Biology
I swear to god bio is gonna cost me my ATAR, should have chose another humanities subject but my parents wanted me to do one math or science subject ;(
Think I'm not gonna get the ATAR I need :\ too...
Haha I'm that good. The worst score I've received this semester has been 13 out of 15% and I've missed that much school it's not even funny..
Been gallivanting around Sydney and Melbourne and my hometown. ATAR goal is still possible :p
Has never happened that I know of. I'm not going to my formal - lame.
I'm going to an EDM festival in Texas and going to LA and Miami.
If I don't get my ATAR I'm gonna take a gap year, so I might slack off a bit because I really want to travel, or I could just defer.
