Tbh, ATAR doesn't really matter. I made a choice to do B. Midwifery at UWS instead of Aeronautical Engineering/Law at USYD because I felt it better suited my desire to move into Corporate Finance.

Adopt the mentality of "only needing 48s" because you can get conceded passes.

I'm doing B. Midwifery at UWS as first preference. I hope to eventually move into investment banking after I graduate.

Re: how long does commerce degree (cadetship) take? I have no idea sorry.. It depends on how you structure it, generally it can range from 6 years to 27 years if you take one year off and 1 course per year.

HRM suits it most, teaches you how to use your looks to get high up in companies; worked for me, I'm now MD of a boutique hedge fund in Sydney. In the past I've worked for Lazard and Goldman Sachs. Tip 1: Brunettes get the guys better than blondes, so you might need to dye your hair

TBH, if you were really motivated, you'd be aiming for president of the world.

Depends who you are, I was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship first year out of uni. Explains the high income ;)

I actually think its 95+. My friend got 93 WAM in Comm majoring in Finance, but she didn't get in... Major competitive these days!

Watch either the film Wall Street 2 or Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift and you wil understand what we cadets do! Models and bottles baby :) [Basically we make loads of cash, and drift riced up cars around parking lots. My favourite is Westfield Bondi's carpark, loads of nice corners round there.
