75 would probably be a band 6, since low to mid 70s is generally the cutoff for a band 6 most years, and this years one seemed harder than others.

Low to mid 70s aligns to 90. I reckon the exam was fairly hard, compared to last year, and probably even years before that, so cutoffs should be lower for each band. I reckon you might just get it.
