if there isn't too much of a difference between the top few students then your legal mark shouldn't be too much of a concern, if you do well on your HSC alongside those ranks then you're looking at quite a nice atar.

Considering how you're doing in your subjects, if you maintain those marks and a good rank through out the year AND you do well when you come to the HSC then you should be more than fine :)
