I think thats the reason the vet uai is a lot higher than a doctor....i wanted to be a vet but the uai kinda deterred me...i knew i wouldnt get 98.whatever.....but yes i think thats why its harder coz in a humanthe heart is always (well meant to be) in the same place but it is different in 100's...

Found it...it was in uac. Here is the site http://www.uac.edu.au/pubs/pdf/2006_table_A1.pdf as you can see the highest uai for standard english was 99.80 and general maths was in fact 99.75..so doing standard english in no way dictates u will geta bad uai as long as u can do well in it

gah! i am annoyed with how many ppl worry bout scaling etc...all u need to worry about is: if u do standard get as high as you can and u will achieve a high uai, if u dont do well in it u wont get as high uai...smae with general maths...i dont know about standard english but with generla maths...

dont go getting ur hopes up...u need to ace all exams/assignments especially the final one...good luck tho but at least u r aiming high

I wouldnt choose a course by the amount of money you will earn do it coz u want to help animals in your case etc...what i ahev heard is that they are not the highest paying job around considering how much you will work and what you will go through...but money isnt everyting and you should do...

Excersise books...loose leaf if i left a book at home but i ended up losing those bits of paper...excersie books are much better and safer so u dont lose notes

thanks..it is so much more study than i did in high school....i did general maths in hsc topped grade and got 83...its not a bad subject...just hope i find it easy/ish
