yes they are the same. because the centripetal force is the one that keeps it going round in the arc. it is the only force in the x direction. the forces in the y direction cancel out.

its not about how much you write, it's about the quality of your writing.. even if you pump out 15 pages for each essay, if it's crap, there's still no way you will get band 6. moral is... you should be CONCISE!! :D hehe.. because then you can say in 7 pages what the person next to you says in 14.

personally i don't reckon you need to do a full integrated essay to get over 85.... only one of my essays was actually integrated (because there were only two texts!) but the others were just text, text, text, text etc. The one that had two texts, i did it topic by topic, and what each text...
