My advice to all year 11s, is not to take anyones advice except your own, and maybe your teachers. But especially not this thread - you'll probably end up loving what someone else hates, and vice-versa.

Out of 165 people in my grade, 135 do Ext1 maths and 130 do Ext1 english, believe it or not. One guy does general maths by correspondence and one guy does no maths, heh. I still find that humorous.

You could work with one broken arm. Sometimes they take around 6 weeks to heal... And you wouldnt be allowed because you'd pass the illness on.

We had a HSC marker marking our trial, so judging by the marks in our trials from that standard, and the number who got a band 6 in the HSC, it'd be ~85+

We have prelim guys who've finished 4U maths via private tutoring already. So they're getting 98/99 in 3U. It can be very irritating.

Argonaut, I'd say its usually not just for bragging rights - I need a minimum of 95/98 depending on my two course choices. And, I also wouldn't mind a scholarship, so I'm aiming for around 99 That may be a little too optimistic though, but I hope I can get 98.

I'd either drop one of the X2's (as mentioned by everyone else) Or do it for a term and then drop what you like the least. At a guess, I'd say you'd end up dropping EE2 or drama.
