No they dont.. but looking at the VTAC book it says that the UAI aligned almost exactly with their equivalent. (ENTER I think it is..) So just look at the entry levels in the VTAC books as the UAI.
I have been trying to figure out the same thing. Apparently the results of the VCE compare almost identically with the UAI. So, looking at the VTAC book law in Melbourne is about 99.3 if i remember correctly. Thats the same as the Sydney Uni's..
ANU is lower apparently because there is less...
The whole concept of critical theory pisses me off. I don't know where it all came from because its not in any syllabus.. it's just "assumned" that you know it.
In one hour.. I have to talk about 5 texts.. where the hell can I fit critical theory which I can't understand in???
I have been to so many of those lectures. The ones at Sydney Uni were the best so far, which is quite depressing cause they were generally crap and really expensive. Every time I have gone that have just told me stuff I already knew...
I wouldn't bother...
I actually find Funeral Rites, Digging and Requiem for the Croppies the easiest to link...
I don't know how I am going to get everything in for the HSC, there is so much to consider. Ahhh too much work!
The prize is a collection of the best projects submitted for a competition. The prize is $500 I think...
Some of them i think are really good, I loved the surfing one... But I dunno, some of them are pretty dull I think. Good, but dull...
We didn't like the trial. Our class did really bad. We got told we lacked heaps of detail but its hard to include the ways of thinking, retreat from the global concept as well as literary theory.. value and all that crap.
I hate retreat from the global.
Family:
To what extent do legal processes and institutions protect and assist family members?
The workplace one was the same but was about people in the workplace.
Because I'm still doing my trials I havent really started yet.. but when they are over I plan on doing a bunch of practise questions so I'm confident in all different text types. That way nothing will surprise me!
Hi.. I have noticed that a few people are using Ronald Reagan's speech 'A Time for Choosing' as supp material for powerplay.
I was wondering if anyone could briefly describe what areas they used and what quotes they used to support it?
Thanks ...
I do Retreat from the Global too.. wow.. I don't think I could pull off an advertising campaign very well. That's really wierd! I hope there is nothing like that in the HSC (or my trial next week..)
Can anyone tell me what the analytical question was for Retreat from the Global?
I was wondering if anyone could give me the general idea of what the questions were from the Catholic trial on speeches, powerplay and emma/ clueless? Thanks..
