yeh i prefer to rely on ilecture if i'm sick or for whatever reason i can't attend the lecture. i heaps prefer being in the theatre! and as if i'm going to have motivation to ilecture stats or research methods. boo timetable maker, boo.

What's even weirder is that the 1 hour stat lecture was originally at 1pm Monday, but now it's moved to 3pm on Monday and therefore it clashes. I don't know why they changed it! I only know it used to be at 1pm because I was really bored one arvo sometime before Christmas and started playing...

yeh that's what i mean. eventually all undergrad units will be 3cp. i think they are aiming for complete transition by like 2012. so some will stay 4cp for now.

and personally i've got no problems with the new curriculum. i'm going to be 1cp shy but that's my own fault because i took 2 4cp level units last semester instead of 2 3cp units. doesn't bother me, i'm just trying to decide whether it's worth doing a 3cp subject 1st semester, or waiting until...

hist115 wasn't great imo. the assignments did not relate to lecture notes (at first it seems like they will, but once you get into it, you'll find they don't), and only related to like 2-5 pages in the textbook, so they required a fair bit of figuring out what the hell it's asking before even...

all undergrad units are now 3 credit points kim, except maybe some 300 level units i think but they will all eventually be 3 credit points by next year.
