how about you go study even a semester of psych and tell me it's so easy, so pathetic, useless? i hate people who think they know all about something they don't study nor have any passion for.

i'm just doing the 7 compulsory psych units for 2nd year.

the shell units are 1 or 2 cp.

Ha! History extension is completely valuable if you are heading to uni to do extensive research based essays with independent development of questions, which a lot of uni subjects require! Not everyone wants to pursue science based or science related careers; surprising, I know.

stop stressing over it now. when you get to uni, you just give them your TFN and say i want hecs help and voila. if you're not sure, talk to your student centre and they will help you out. hecs help pays it all until you can pay it back, as was already stated in this thread.

6 months I think. They'll certainly be there at the start of next semester.

Just wondering whether we have to contact our department specifically to enrol in a shell unit or will they be available when we enrol in January? Slash will they start from next year? All I can find is general information about how they are worth 1 or 2 credit points and will be like a research...

it completely depends what subjects you're doing! in reference to 'keeping quick handwriting skills'. i've mainly had multiple choice exams or hand-in typed essays. the only handwritten thing i did was my stat exam which is more thinking quickly than handwriting. ah note taking, seriously...

thanks cheese. also, any idea what time class registration opens slash is it crazy like exam results time ie. the site can't cope with the demands sorta thing/classes fill up quickly?

are you talking about o week i.e. first week of classes, or the day when you enrol or the faculty days when you meet people doing similar degrees to you?
