General Maths has the worst scaling compared to other subjects. BUT say you do really well in General Maths and really bad in 2U, you're better off with the scaling you get in General. Chinese Continuers doesn't actually have a bad scaling..it doesn't really have as high a scaling as chemistry...

Yes it does count. Of course it's the same as your other subjects - it's the best 5 subjects that get scaled to get your UAI. No it does not scale well compared to science subjects but it's better than the scaling for general maths...hope this helps..

Essays are real important in Modern History. In a week, you should try 2-3 essay questions preferably out of past exam papers. If you are keen you could do 4-5 essays but keep in mind when practicing essays that you should time yourself to ready yourself for the HSC.

You will not get a late offer i.e. third round if you decide to accept your first or second round offer. Once you have accepted one offer on the UAC server, you will not get any more offers. If you are not at the uni to enrol usually at the end of Jan. find somebody to act on your behalf...
