    microwave & radio wave technology

Oh. So that's what he meant. Yeah, I didn't get that bit "...transmission frequencies that have already been taken" But yeah, okay.

    Chemistry Tutors???

Hmm... I don't think you're gonna have much luck on this one, since good private tutors are hard to get and don't willingly get passed around. Have you tried those cheap coaching colleges? Such as James An or Pre Uni? They're always worth a look until you find their teaching methods aren't for you.

-=MLhtʻ=- What did you mean on that last point? "if u use radiowaves u hafta make sure u dont interfere with radio and tv transmission frequencies that have already been taken"

ARGH @ PHYS syllabus changes for next year

No, that's wrong. Jellymonsta, I ignored that previous statement by Dario because that is not the case. It is in fact in effect for year 12 now. My teacher i teaching us in accordance with the amended syllabus. I need written proof by you or anyone to substantiate such claims. -...

ARGH @ PHYS syllabus changes for next year

Yeah well... t'BAD! But seriously, I'm kind of indifferent about this. The way I see it is that everyone in your cohort is at the same level and everyone in our cohort is as well. Sure we'll have less to cram at the last second, but still. And I personally would've liked to learn about all...

    What's a good mark?

Cult aye? Sounds interesting. See, maths is what you make it! Too bad they'll never test you on that... :(

So how about that biochemistry, aye?

POWERPOINT PRESENTATION? You're not only fortunate your teacher has the time to make summaries for you, you have a teacher who presents them on POWERPOINT! Our school couldn't even afford the technology to project the digital images of a computer onto screen. Well, I'm sure your teacher had...

    Chemistry Calculations

Well... I like www.sparknotes.com (the chemistry study guide). It has multiple choice and written questions after each explanation and the worked solutions. The only problem is it's American, but most of the stuff on calculations is relevent and common with our course. In other words, just...

    Design Specifications

Well... I'm just starting the HSC syllabus, but from what I have read it's basically the guidelines set by the developers on how the problem is going to be solved by them. So for example, with a scope statement, it tells them how far to take their problem by setting boundaries (as well as other...

    identifying change

ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Well you probably aren't, but just in case, imagery refers to things which are figurative, such as similes, metaphors, etc.

    How'd we all go???

Sigh.. I said it before and I'll say it again, you people are unbelievable. 9/22 was it? I mean come on, I was doing your paper when I was in year 10. Give me a break - and don't compare your feeble course to the Advanced or 3 U syllabus, because they're totally incomparable.

    How to study properly?

Well... As Mistress Lilith said, 40 minutes each (because that's the time you get in test conditions). So if you do 3, that's only 120 min or 2 hours. It's doable, trust me.

So how about that biochemistry, aye?

But... Biochemistry man! Biochemistry, is there anyone out there who can tell me of biochemistry!?

    Derivation for Simpson's law.

ERm yess... I already checked, found nothing. But doesn't matter, I know the derivation, that's all that's important. He could've be a garbologist for all I care. I'm sick of Simpson. EDIT : Crap, he wasn't a soldier at all! He was <GASP> A MATHEMATICIAN!!!

    A few questions.

Yeah That's what it says in the book anyway. Although I was thinking of how it was used in defining the problem of the current system.

    Syd vs. NSW

Sydney... Well Sydney is better for anything commerce related, I can say that much after attending the Australian Business Week (see me topic). And I agree with Alex, it is good for just sitting back in the main quadrangle with it's Gargoylee feel. Just don't go at night ;)

    What's a good mark?

Hmm... His mum eh? Yeah, I wonder what she was doing while he was drawing triangles. And, yeah I already have given it a rest. I'll never know it seems. I was destined not to know.
