what about your first preference course requirs 3 point higher uai but vacancies avaiable? for example, first preference uai cutoff is like 90 and what if your uai is like 87 and the vacancies are available for that course?

can you transfer to same degree but to different uni? for example, commerce and law at unsw transfer to commerce and law at usyd?
