They only told you the hex equivalent, and in the answers it looks like they assume that you should know what it means.

Do we have to know what each of them does, like I did the independant 2002 trial today, and it had it in the question, which I thought was harsh. Also the first MC question was very ambiguous, so I only managed a little more than 70 for that paper, I forgot the structure diagram :(

From Patel textbook 5E When a polynomial P(x) is divided by (x - 3), the remainder is 5 and when divided by (x - 4), the remainder is 9. Find the remainder when P(x) is divided by (x - 3)(x - 4). I'm not quite sure how to do this.

I think you will definately get a higher uai, first in advanced english compared to 5th is standard will be quite a difference.

It scales better because a higher quality of candidates sat for the ESL exam comparatively to the standard english exam.
