    umm it really depends on if you really wanna do law or not.. that aisde.. u mentioned u dunno if u can handle law.. dunno what law is like.. my 'intuition':p tells me u don't really care whether or not you do law.. so my final answer?- screw comm/law and do bcom@unsw.

    nope. no point copying anyways. just do 'em yourself.. look at textbooks, the dot point.. peoples summary notes that covers pracs.. thats all. besdies u need to remember them for HSC so u may as well do 'em yourself.

    haha 'ordinary commerce'- what about them umm.. 'lowly economics' students:p but seriously, I think if you are good, employers will want you regardless of your commerce/co-op whatever meh. u know what i mean and seraphim: im sure getting a job isn't a problem for you:)

    HDD stopped spinning! :(

    yeah if you open it up, you'll let dust in- and it will die pretty quickly. No 'home' techniques I'm aware of. Is it actually dead? Have u re-checked all connections, tried it in another PC? Just get a new hard drive- I hoped you have backed up your stuff- if not, tough luck its a lesson learnt

    some people have to go to uni on friday, whether or not they 'like' it other than that.. i don't mind going to uni on fridays if i have a semi-valid reason, such as to turn up to the 4th accounting lecture for the week:p
